Nutell Of A Pie
Nutella is the creamy convergence of chocolate and hazelnuts.  On top of a tender pastry crust, we mix toasted hazelnuts into a layer of custom blended chocolate ganache.  Above this rests a silky smooth Nutella mousse that will make you agree that this one “Nutell Of A Pie”.
Apple Jacks Pie
Jack Daniels Whiskey is infused into a sea-salt caramel sauce and tossed with fresh granny smith apples in a sinfully good  double crust apple pie.
Cran-Peary Crumb Pie
One of our favorite pies mixes fresh cranberries with Bartlett and D’anjou pears.  The sweet and sour fruit mixture is topped with a spiced granola crumb topping.  Served best warm with vanilla bean ice cream.

We’ve searched long and hard to find the best pecan pie. Our search led us to Louisiana where a unique practice of browning the butter in the pie lends to a terrific flavor.

Our pumpkin pie is as smooth and flavorful as you’ll find. We combine real pumpkin with a custom blend of spices to create a version that will be adored by all.
Blackberry Cabernet Pie
Fresh blackberries are placed one-by-one into a 3.14 pastry shell where they convene with a Cabernet Sauvignon glace. The flavors of the berries play off of the natural blackberry hints found within cabernets to create a luscious dessert. The pie is served with crème anglaise.
Blueberry Bahama Mama Pie
Blueberries rarely get to go on a tropical vacation but this creation is what would happen if they were whisked away to the Bahamas and had a party with pineapple and toasted coconut.
Salted Rim Margarita Pie
Nothing complements the Lowcountry’s warm springs and hot summers better than a freshly blended margarita with salt hugging the rim. As a result, we created our Salted Rim Lime Margarita Pie. A smooth custard of lime juice, tequila, and triple sec fills a salted pretzel shell. Take one bite and you’ll feel like you’re on a beach in paradise.
Velvet Elvis Pie
A variation of Elvis’ favorite sandwich, this pie was created to bring The King out of hiding, if Elvis is indeed still alive. Within a flaky handmade crust, caramelized bananas are placed upon a bed of vanilla crème and then topped with a velvety all-natural peanut butter mousse.

If you like strawberry shortcake, you’ll love our strawberry short pie. We fill a 3.14 sugar cookie crust with a house made shortbread biscuit, top it with local glazed strawberries and a layer of organic whipped crème.
Strawberries & Crème Pie
Our Strawberries & Crème Pie pays homage to that sense of anticipation as you purchase your first crate of berries in the spring. Juicy strawberries enveloped in a strawberry glace are topped with a fresh pastry crème and placed in a buttery pastry crust.
Maple Pumpkin Mascarpone
In this new fall favorite, you’ll enjoy a well spiced, yet light combination of flavors that make for a great after-dinner pie. We pack a gingersnap crust with the flavors of Vermont maple syrup, real pumpkin, and mascarpone.
Caramel Coffee Hazelnut Pie
We highlight hazelnuts & coffee, two of the larger contributions from Oregon. Hazelnuts are toasted to awaken their unique flavor, and then are mixed into a coffee and caramel custard to create a well balanced and complex nut pie. You’ll want to eat it until it’s Ore-gone. (Kidding… it’s pronounced “or-e-gen”)
Campfire
Sitting around the campfire with friends is priceless. In this pie, we capture the flavor of those memories. A house-made graham cracker crust is layered with melted chocolate and topped with a fluffy marshmallow crème. Torching the top mimics the authentic campfire flavor.
Farmer’s Market Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
Rhubarb may be a Northern crop but this pie has most certainly earned Southern affection. Local strawberries, organic rhubarb, and a dash of nutmeg are baked slowly in a double pastry crust to create melt in your mouth perfection.

Classic Key Lime pie made with authentic key lime juice and served in a handmade graham cracker crust.
Peach Amaretto Pie
Peaches and the South go hand-in-hand. This fresh fruit pie is filled with local peaches macerated in Amaretto liqueur and drizzled with a caramelized Amaretto-Peach reduction. Pastry crust lovers will enjoy the woven latticed crust top.

Fresh from the farmer’s market we take the week’s local produce and create a traditional fruit pie.
The Apple of My Pie
While we enjoy tweaking classics to create new pie variations, this one is better left untouched. We created our flagship Apple Pie using in season Pink Lady & Granny Smith apples which are spiced and baked in a flaky double crust.
The Fusion
Cookies made by hand are crumbled and mixed with bittersweet chocolate to create a delightful cookie crumb crust which is topped with a silky chocolate ganache and creamy peanut butter mousse. We think you’ll find it to be love at first bite.

All of our pies are 11” and can comfortably serve 8-12, or 1 indulgent pie lover.
