Prior to calling the Holy City home, 3.14 Pies was a dream in the making. Founders and pie aficionados, Brent and Lindsay Doolittle, spent years traveling the globe in search of the best pie and developing recipes. In 2009 the Doolittle’s moved from Chicago to Charleston and found this southern gem the perfect place to make a dream a reality. Today 3.14 Pies reflects Charleston’s charm with our craft creations, using flavors to combine the traditional with a uniquely cosmopolitan flare.
